A Super Refreshing Natural Coffee From Burundi!
Expect a brisk acidity up front, like an earl grey tea with bergamot, or a crisp lemonade. The flavor transitions to a fruited sweetness, like a blueberry syrup that holds the whole thing together, and there’s a subtle cocoa flavor on the finish. Perfectly refreshing on a warm summer day.
This unique coffee comes from Colline Kigina, Bujumbura; a city in Burundi. Coffee is grown on the many hills there, which range from 1700-2000m above sea level. The primary coffee variety grown in this region is Bourbon.
Personally, I haven’t come across many coffees as unique as this one, and I think you’ll agree. So grab a bag and enjoy!
I’m looking forward to drinking a few iced pour-overs with this one to beat the summer heat!
An Iconic Flavor Combo
This Brazilian coffee brings all the flavors that make an excellent candy bar. I’m talkin’ chocolate, caramel, peanut, nougat — the good stuff.
This coffee is sourced from a rural hillside town in Brazil called São Sebastião da Bela Vista, which is around 900-1200m above sea level. The farm is called São Jose, and is woman owned by a fifth generation coffee producer by the name of Andreia Moreira, who is a member of "Mulheres Empreendedoras do Cafe", a local women’s coffee association
This one is a go to for anyone with a sweet tooth, and if you’re looking for a well rounded daily go to, this Brazilian coffee will not disappoint.
And honestly...
What’s wrong with a candy bar for breakfast?
10 oz of Fresh Roasted Whole Bean Coffee (can grind upon request)
This Coffee is the first of it’s kind for Doin’ Coffee. Diner Delight is a coffee that was crafted to be available and consistent year-round. New and limited coffees are great, but I heard that sometimes you just want something familiar, reliable, and consistent. So to be transparent, the coffee sourced for Diner Delight may not always be the same, but you can expect it to have the same hallmark flavor profile. (info on components available upon request)
With Diner Delight, the aim was to capture the nostalgic feeling associated with bold, dark, and robust flavors that you may find in your cup at your favorite local diner. But not just that. I wanted to find a coffee with all those classic flavors but more depth, complexity, and flavor. A coffee of much higher quality. It should come as no surprise that diners specializing in fast greasy food don’t always serve the freshest, most high quality coffee…But we do.
So if you like classic, rich, and smooth coffee…This one is for you. If you like your coffee strong and dark with those staple flavors like cocoa, caramel, hazelnut, and sweetness to balance…Try Diner Delight, and try Doin’ Coffee.
10oz fresh roasted whole bean coffee, available to be pre-ground upon request.
Our first Decaf! For those that Love Coffee for more than it’s Caffeine. (Or those that like a cup before bed, like me.)
This coffee started it’s journey in the Guji zone of Ethiopia. It is a mixture of washed and natural coffees, and is decaffeinated by the Swiss Water Process which makes your coffee 99.9% caffeine free.
The flavor comes across as a balanced medium roast with lots of nuance, making a tasty cup or a nicely balanced and lively espresso with plenty of body. You can expect a lot of Sweetness and a bit of Florality accompanying flavor notes like Dried Apricot, Red Apple, Marzipan, and Chocolate. I was surprised to find such a variety of flavors as the cup cooled, making the drinking experience a welcome change from drinking coffee solely for the caffeine.
Roaster’s Choice: 10oz bag of freshly roasted coffee.
