A Super Refreshing Natural Coffee From Burundi!

Expect a brisk acidity up front, like an earl grey tea with bergamot, or a crisp lemonade. The flavor transitions to a fruited sweetness, like a blueberry syrup that holds the whole thing together, and there’s a subtle cocoa flavor on the finish. Perfectly refreshing on a warm summer day.

This unique coffee comes from Colline Kigina, Bujumbura; a city in Burundi. Coffee is grown on the many hills there, which range from 1700-2000m above sea level. The primary coffee variety grown in this region is Bourbon.

Personally, I haven’t come across many coffees as unique as this one, and I think you’ll agree. So grab a bag and enjoy!

This Coffee is the first of it’s kind for Doin’ Coffee. Diner Delight is a coffee that was crafted to be available and consistent year-round. This coffee started it’s journey in the Guji zone of Ethiopia. It is a mixture of washed and natural coffees, and is decaffeinated by the Swiss Water Process which makes your coffee 99.9% caffeine free.

The flavor comes across as a balanced medium roast with lots of nuance, making a tasty cup or a nicely balanced and lively espresso with plenty of body. You can expect a lot of Sweetness and a bit of Florality accompanying flavor notes like Dried Apricot, Red Apple, Marzipan, and Chocolate. I was surprised to find such a variety of flavors as the cup cooled, making the drinking experience a welcome change from drinking coffee solely for the caffeine.
